The restaurant PWANI AROMA is located near the beach, overlooking the magnificent Indian ocean with its amazing turquoise blue waters, not to forget the spectacular sunset – which can be viewed from every corner of the restaurant. The restaurant has a capacity of over 80 guests, cleverly arranged with a classic mix of seating arrangements. The restaurant offers either a table d’hote menu or “all-you-can-eat” buffet option, depending on the number of guests dining. The hotel operates as an all inclusive facility offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with an all day supply of perfectly chilled bottled water, all soft drinks and excellent beers. The cuisine has an international flair and often concentrates on seafood. Zanzibar had an abundance of locally available sea food with the unusual slipper lobster being a specialty. Local coffee as well as espresso and cappuccino are available at the bar which is stacked with a wide range of excellent Italian and South African wines and the usual well known spirits. There are many sumptuous buffets, not to overlook a special Pizza corner. In the evenings smart casual is the normal attire. Often the hotel arranges local Masai dancers and artistic shows.

KARIBU ZENJI is the beverages outlet for the Hotel. Ideal located by the Dining Room and overlooking the Swimming Pool offers a wide variety of beverages to the All-Inclusive clientele. The free drinks offered include all local beers, soft drinks, fresh fruit juices, American coffee, iced tea, mineral water and non-alcoholic cocktails. Wines and other liquours are made available at a reasonable cost. Between 1000 hrs and 2400 hrs.
